Develop and roll out creative marketing strategies to boost the club's events, services, and membership programs.
Ensure club activities are marketed effectively and attractively.
Design and create content that stands out -- from flyers and email newsletters to social media posts, posters, and website updates.
Keep the club's website up-to-date, visually appealing, and in line with the brand's identity.
Grow and maintain the club's mailing list, ensuring consistent and relevant communication with members and prospects.
Gather feedback from members and use insights to improve the club's offerings and experiences.
Keep an eye on marketing trends, especially within hospitality, nightlife, and lifestyle spaces, to keep our strategies fresh and effective.
What We're Looking For:
A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Previous marketing experience
Strong communication skills both written and verbal with a knack for storytelling and brand voice.
A creative mindset with basic design skills (experience with Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools is a plus).
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, especially during club events.
Bonus Points For:
Photography and/or videography skills to capture and create content in real-time.
Good understanding of the local scene and audience demographics.
Hands-on experience with event promotion and activation.
