Job Summary
The Business Development Executive will support business growth by onboarding new customers, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and promoting the company's digital steel marketplace. The role is suitable for freshers as well as candidates with limited experience who possess strong communication skills, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn. The position may involve client visits and field activities in the future.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and approach potential buyers and sellers for registration on the Tech E Steel platform.
Explain the company's e?marketplace model, services, and benefits to prospective clients.
Assist in onboarding new customers and ensuring completion of registration formalities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular follow?ups.
Coordinate with internal teams to support smooth client activation and transactions.
Maintain records of client interactions, leads, and registrations.
Participate in business development campaigns, events, and promotional activities.
Visit clients when required for meetings, onboarding support, or relationship building.
Stay updated on steel market trends and company offerings.
Eligibility Criteria
Education:
Graduate in any discipline.
Background in commerce, management, engineering, or marketing will be an added advantage.
Experience:
Freshers are welcome to apply. Candidates with up to 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer relationship roles will be preferred.
