ICA Edu Skills Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive / Outreach Executive to join our team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate will have experience in marketing, lead generation, and sales (B2B/B2C), with strong communication skills and a passion for fieldwork.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and generate leads through field visits, campaigns, and marketing activities Engage with potential clients/students to promote ICA's offerings and convert leads Conduct outreach activities at colleges, institutes, and corporates for branding and promotions Manage B2B and B2C sales activities to meet monthly targets Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and clients Prepare daily/weekly reports on outreach and lead generation efforts Coordinate with the center and marketing teams for seamless execution of campaigns

Key Skills & Requirements:

Proven experience in lead generation, field sales, and B2B/B2C sales Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong presentation and persuasion abilities Ability to work independently and meet targets Knowledge of local geography (Kolkata) preferred
