Job Description

The Field Marketing Executive is responsible for promoting the organization's courses and services through direct field marketing activities. The role involves visiting colleges, educational institutions, and corporate offices to generate leads, conduct promotional events, and build brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

Visit colleges, institutions, and organizations to promote the company's programs and offerings. Organize and participate in seminars, workshops, and marketing campaigns. Generate quality leads and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and partners. Distribute marketing materials and represent the brand in various field activities. Coordinate with the counseling and sales teams to ensure lead conversion. Collect market feedback, competitor information, and student preferences for analysis. Prepare and submit daily/weekly activity and lead reports to the reporting manager. Achieve monthly and quarterly marketing and lead generation targets.

Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. 1-3 years of experience in field marketing or educational promotions. Excellent communication, presentation, and networking skills. Ability to travel extensively and work in a target-driven environment. Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities. Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.
