We seek a Sales-talented and Hardworking

Marketing Executive to join our amaZing Home Interior firm, in Alappuzha

or the Nearest Area Sector. Who should be the Male from Alappuzha or the Nearest District? Candidates near Haripad are most preferred.

(Not allowed: Female Candidates.)

1. Interview

Attend with C.V., Reliable Certificates & Valid Driving Licence with 1 Photo.

INTERVIEW VENUE @ Amazing Home Interiors, Haripad, Alappuzha

INTERVIEW TIME @ 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM

2. Salary Package

Basic Salary Range: ?15,000.00 TO ?20,000.00 per month

Travel Allowance: ?2,000.00 to ?3,000.00 per month

Incentive Criteria: Mention below

Within the monthly salary target of 20 Lakhs

Target Achieve above 20L - 1K/1Lakh

Target Achieve above 40L - 2K/1Lakh

Target Achieve above 60L - 3K/1Lakh

Target Achieve above 80L - 4K/1Lakh

Target Achieve above 1 Cr - 5K/1Lakh

2. Qualifications

Degree / Diploma in marketing or related field

2 - 5 years of Sales and Marketing experience

Must have a two-wheeler & Driving Licence

Knowledge of Interior materials, textures, and architectural design trends.

Strong analytical, communication, time-management, and creativity skills

Strong ability to focus on customer/market and take initiative experience

Knowledge of taking measurements

The ideal candidate will be a creative, analytical thinker. They can conduct insightful market research to establish a marketing strategy to reach the target audience effectively. They should be comfortable evaluating the marketing process and work to critique and improve its outcomes.

3. Responsibilities

Identify target audiences, objectives, and desired outcomes of the Field marketing campaign

Daily update to Marketing Head

Customer Leads and 20L monthly Interior work target closing

Site visit and closing Sales

Stay up-to-date on current marketing trends

Manage and allocate resources under your project from start to end.

Measuring and reporting on marketing results: This includes tracking website traffic, leads generated, and sales generated

Collaborating with other departments: This includes working with sales, design, and production teams to ensure that marketing activities are aligned with the company's overall goals.

Developing and executing marketing plans: This includes identifying target markets, developing marketing messages, and creating and executing marketing campaigns.

Managing the marketing budget: This includes tracking spending, ensuring that marketing activities are aligned with the company's goals, and making adjustments as needed.

Creating and managing marketing materials: This includes developing website content, creating brochures and flyers, and managing social media accounts.

Overseeing marketing research: This includes conducting market research, analyzing data, and developing insights that can be used to improve marketing campaigns

4. Termination Clauses

1. You may terminate your employment with the Company, without any cause,

but you must give the Company at least 1 month's notice before resigning

. If you don't have any pending leaves, you don't need to pay the company anything. If you have pending leaves, the company will adjust them against your salary, and you will only need to pay for the remaining period.

2.

Your appointment can be terminated by the Company if no sales are achieved within 2 months from the date of joining.

The company has the right to terminate your employment without giving any notice, or if it is unable to pay your salary
