Key Responsibilities:1. Referral Development & Relationship Management
Identify, approach, and maintain relationships with referral doctors, clinics, diagnostic centers, and healthcare professionals.
Create and execute strategies to increase patient referrals from partner doctors and institutions.
Conduct regular visits to referral sources and maintain detailed records of interactions and outcomes.
Organize Continuing Medical Education (CME) programs, doctor meets, and networking events.
Ensure timely communication and feedback to referral partners on patient cases and hospital services.
2. Business Growth & Patient Acquisition
Develop and execute marketing plans to increase patient admissions and outpatient visits.
Promote specialty departments, new services, and health packages to target audiences.
Support corporate tie-ups, wellness programs, and health camps to attract new patients.
3. Marketing & Promotion
Plan and implement promotional campaigns through print, digital, and outdoor media.
Coordinate hospital branding activities and ensure consistent brand representation.
Assist in designing and distributing marketing materials like brochures, leaflets, and newsletters.
4. Digital & Community Marketing
Manage social media content and campaigns to enhance the hospital's online visibility.
Support community outreach activities, CSR initiatives, and public awareness events.
Monitor digital performance metrics and provide insights for improvement.
5. Market Research & Reporting
Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and patient trends.
Track referral source performance and prepare periodic reports on patient referrals, conversion rates, and revenue contribution.
Provide feedback to management for improving referral processes and patient satisfaction.
