Key Responsibilities:

o Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the school's brand and increase student admissions.

o Coordinate and manage online and offline marketing campaigns.

o Engage in school outreach activities, including tie-ups with coaching centers, preschools, and local influencers.

o Plan and execute events such as open houses, school fairs, and orientation programs.

o Work closely with the admissions and academic teams to align marketing efforts with institutional goals.

o Create and manage content for brochures, newsletters, advertisements, and the website.

o Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and target audience preferences.

o Monitor and report performance of marketing campaigns and provide actionable insights.

Key Requirements:

o Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

o 3-4 years of proven experience in school or education sector marketing.

o Strong understanding of local education market dynamics in Agra.

o Excellent communication, interpersonal, and networking skills.

o Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Preferred:

o Experience in school branding or working with K-12 institutions.

o Creative mindset with attention to detail.

o Fluency in English and Hindi.

Compensation:

As per industry standards and experience.
