The Marketing Executive will be responsible for promoting the company's fintech products and services, driving customer acquisition, strengthening brand presence, and supporting business growth. The role requires an understanding of financial products, regulatory sensitivity, and data-driven marketing execution across digital and offline channels.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute marketing campaigns for fintech products such as loans, payments, credit, investments, or financial services
Drive customer acquisition through digital marketing channels (social media, search, performance marketing, email, WhatsApp campaigns)
Create product communication, content, and customer education materials in compliance with regulatory guidelines
Coordinate with product, compliance, and sales teams to ensure accurate and approved messaging
Manage lead generation campaigns and track conversions and ROI
Conduct market research on customer behavior, competitor offerings, and industry trends
Support onboarding campaigns, app adoption, and retention initiatives
Assist in partnerships, co-branding, and referral programs
Monitor campaign performance and prepare MIS and analytics reports
Ensure brand consistency across all communication platforms
Skills & Competencies
Strong understanding of digital marketing and customer acquisition funnels
Ability to explain financial products in simple, customer-friendly language
Data-driven mindset with experience in analytics and reporting
Knowledge of compliance-driven communication (RBI, SEBI, NBFC norms - basic awareness)
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, or related field
1-4 years of marketing experience (fintech, banking, NBFC, or financial services preferred)
Familiarity with CRM tools, performance marketing platforms, and analytics tools
Preferred Experience (Good to Have)
Experience in fintech, NBFC, bank, or financial services company
Knowledge of app marketing, fintech funnels, and onboarding journeys
Experience working closely with compliance or legal teams
Exposure to tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, CRM systems
