Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and energetic

Marketing Executive

for field work. The primary responsibility is to stand outside Government ECHS and CGHS dispensaries, inform and convince patients about Ayurvedic treatment options, distribute promotional cards, and follow up with patients for admission.

Key Responsibilities:

Stand in front of ECHS/CGHS dispensaries and engage with patients. Promote and explain Ayurvedic treatments offered by our clinic. Distribute promotional cards and brochures to patients. Maintain a polite and persuasive communication style. Follow up with patients via phone after their dispensary visit to guide them about admission procedures. Meet daily/weekly targets for patient engagement and conversions. Submit daily field activity reports.

Requirements:

Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass (Higher Secondary). Comfortable with standing and working outdoors in all weather conditions. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Must be reliable and punctual. Own vehicle preferred (Travel allowance provided). Willing to travel locally across assigned dispensaries.
