Dealer & Distributor Management:
Visit paint dealers daily to take orders, manage inventory, and resolve queries. Expand the network by identifying and appointing new dealer counters.
Influencer Engagement:
Build and maintain relationships with key influencers, including contractors, painters, and architects. Organize "painter meets" and promotional workshops.
Product Demonstrations:
Conduct live demonstrations of paint application techniques and showcase new product features to potential clients and contractors.
Market Intelligence:
Track competitor activities, pricing, and market trends to provide feedback for internal sales strategies.
Administrative Duties:
Maintain accurate records of sales, customer feedback, and expenses using CRM software or mobile apps. Manage receivables and ensure timely payment collection from dealers.
