We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Marketing Executive to drive our international business development efforts, primarily focusing on identifying and supporting bids for Water Treatment Plant (WTP) establishment tenders in foreign markets. This role is a critical link between market opportunity and technical execution.
Key Responsibilities
Market and Tender Sourcing:
Actively monitor and screen global procurement platforms (e.g., World Bank, African Development Bank, government portals) for relevant WTP/Infrastructure tenders.
Identify, track, and analyze new project leads in target regions (e.g., Juba, other developing markets).
Competitive Intelligence:
Conduct in-depth competitor analysis, tracking successful bids, pricing strategies, and regional presence of key market players.
Analyze tender requirements (RFPs, RFQs) to determine commercial viability and alignment with CETC's capabilities.
Proposal Support:
Assist the technical and commercial teams by creating high-quality, professional, and branded corporate marketing content (brochures, company profiles, case studies).
Ensure all outward-facing documents (proposals, BOQs, qualifications) meet strict client branding and submission guidelines.
Database Management:
Maintain and update the CRM/database with all leads, contacts, tender deadlines, and market research findings.
Required Qualifications & Experience
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or Commerce is required. An MBA or equivalent post-graduate qualification is a strong advantage.
Experience:
Minimum 3 years of experience in a Business Development, Bidding, or Marketing role within the
Industrial/EPC/Infrastructure sector.
Industry Knowledge:
Previous exposure to the Water Treatment, Water Systems, or Wastewater domain is mandatory.
Software Proficiency:
Excellent command of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for data analysis and professional document creation.
Desired Competencies
Proven ability to research, analyze, and synthesize large amounts of market data.
Exceptional organizational skills and strict adherence to deadlines, essential for managing tender timelines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in a second language (e.g., French, Arabic) is a plus.
