1. Site Visits & Lead Conversion
Visit assigned residential and commercial sites
Meet clients, contractors, architects, and site engineers
Understand interior / false ceiling requirements
Explain design options, materials, pricing, and timelines
Coordinate measurements and technical inputs
Close deals and collect advance payments
2. New Prospect Generation
Identify new construction and renovation sites
Generate walk in and referral leads
Maintain a daily site-visit and prospecting report
