We are looking for a smart, detail-oriented

Marketing Executive

to support and manage international

commodity export operations

. The ideal candidate must be strong in communication, documentation, coordination, and digital tools. This role requires excellent English, sharp memory, and the ability to handle multiple shipments simultaneously.

1. Core Skills Required (Must-Have)1. Office & Technical Skills

Strong knowledge of

MS Excel

(basic formulas, data entry, MIS updating). Good at

Google search

for product research, buyer identification, competitor analysis, and shipment tracking. Ability to use

AI tools

for email drafting, research, data summaries, and lead generation. Excellent

email drafting and writing skills

. Good English communication (spoken & written).

2. Marketing & Coordination Skills

Ability to

cold call buyers

and introduce available commodities. Maintain and update

customer records

, leads, and communication logs. Update

daily pricing

in company formats and share with buyers. Generate new

leads

, contact importers, and maintain follow-ups.

Export Operations Responsibilities (Later Stage)

Coordinate with suppliers, surveyors, transporters, shipping lines, and CHA.

Organized, detail-oriented, and quick learner. Strong memory and ability to handle multiple shipments. Good with numbers and multitasking. Interested in export marketing and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
