Poliarc is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented
Marketing Executive
to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for field marketing activities, client coordination, and business development initiatives. This role requires frequent field visits and strong interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct regular
field visits
to promote company products/services
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
Coordinate with clients regarding requirements, follow-ups, and feedback
Execute marketing strategies and promotional activities in assigned areas
Collect market intelligence and competitor information
Prepare daily/weekly field visit and activity reports
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client servicing
Requirements
Must own a
two-wheeler or four-wheeler
with a valid driving license
Willingness to travel extensively for
field work
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and meet targets
Basic knowledge of marketing and sales principles
Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting
Qualification & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
1-3 years of experience in field marketing or sales (freshers with strong skills may also apply)
