Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Brand Promotion
Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote architectural and design services
Enhance company brand visibility across online and offline platforms
Maintain consistent brand identity in all marketing materials
Digital Marketing
Manage social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)
Create content such as project posts, reels, case studies, and design stories
Coordinate website updates, blogs, and SEO activities
Run and monitor digital campaigns (Google Ads, social ads, email marketing)
Business Development Support
Identify and generate leads
Prepare marketing presentations, proposals, pitch decks, and company profiles
Coordinate with architects and design teams to showcase projects effectively
Client & Market Engagement
Conduct market research on competitors, trends, and client preferences
Organize site visits, exhibitions, property expos, and networking events
Maintain client database and follow up on inquiries
Marketing Collateral
Design or coordinate brochures, portfolios, presentations, and newsletters
Assist in photography, videography, and documentation of completed projects
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in
Marketing, Business or related field
2-3 years of experience in marketing
Strong communication and presentation skills
Knowledge of digital marketing tools and social media platforms
Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of Canva/Adobe tools is an advantage
Preferred Skills
Experience working with architectural, interior design, or real estate firms
Creative mindset with attention to detail
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Strong coordination and interpersonal skills
