to help grow our company. The ideal candidate should understand the IT services market and be passionate about driving business growth through smart marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Generate
qualified leads
for IT services such as Web Development, Mobile App Development, Digital Marketing, AI/ML, and Software Solutions
Plan and execute
lead generation campaigns
(LinkedIn, Email Marketing, Paid Ads, SEO, Partnerships, etc.)
Identify new
marketing opportunities, platforms, and strategies
to increase brand visibility and sales
Manage and optimize
LinkedIn marketing and outreach
Work closely with the sales team to convert leads into opportunities
Create and coordinate
marketing content
(posts, creatives, email campaigns, case studies)
Track campaign performance and prepare
basic marketing reports
Research competitors and suggest
innovative marketing ideas
to stay ahead
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience in
IT services marketing or B2B marketing
(mandatory)
Strong understanding of
lead generation strategies
Hands-on experience with
LinkedIn marketing, email campaigns, and digital tools
Good communication and presentation skills
Creative mindset with a
growth-oriented approach
Ability to work independently and take ownership of results
Good to Have
Experience with CRM tools and lead tracking
Knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, or performance marketing
Prior experience marketing IT or software services

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
