Provide accurate product information, quotations, and order status updates.
Coordinate with the sales and logistics teams for timely dispatch and delivery of products.
Maintain strong post-sales relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and professionally.
Maintain and update customer records database systems.
Prepare marketing materials, product catalogs, and presentations.
Participate in medical exhibitions, trade fairs, and promotional campaigns.
Collect and analyze market data, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
Support digital marketing activities -- such as social media posts, email campaigns, and website updates.
