We currently have a pressing need for adept individuals experienced in steering social media ad campaigns across platforms like FACEBOOK, YOUTUBE, INSTAGRAM, and more (especially in eCommerce & lead generation). We're seeking proactive self-starters with a background in retail media to oversee E-commerce and conversion campaigns. This role is nestled within our E-commerce digital marketing team and reports directly to the Head of Digital Marketing & eCommerce.

Your responsibilities will include:

Identifying target audiences and managing Direct-to-Consumer conversion campaigns (utilizing Fb ads/Google ads/Email Marketing) Assessing and negotiating rates, ad space, and airtime Crafting and fine-tuning plans and budgets for the optimal media mix Developing schedules and adapting them as necessary Exploring innovative platforms and channels Ensuring the creative aspect of ads is top-notch and suitably displayed Monitoring costs and assessing return on investment (ROI)
Preferred qualifications:

1-2 years of demonstrated experience as a Media Buyer in digital marketing (eCommerce expertise is a bonus) Familiarity with media-buying, planning, and research Interest in staying abreast of advertising and media trends Proficiency in media analytics software A Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in marketing Exceptional communication skills Strong organizational and multitasking prowess Keen attention to detail Critical thinking abilities
