Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels
Manage and optimize content across social media, email, website, and advertising platforms
Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (ROI, engagement, lead quality, etc.)
Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Design, Content) for campaign alignment
Assist in developing marketing strategies aligned with business goals
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities
Manage and update CRM systems and customer databases
Support SEO/SEM strategies to improve website traffic and ranking
Coordinate with vendors, event agencies, and other partners for brand promotion activities
Contribute to the creation of marketing collateral, sales presentations, and case studies
Stay updated with the latest marketing trends, tools, and technologies
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
2-5 years of experience in a marketing role (preferably in [industry, e.g., tech, FMCG, real estate, etc.])
Strong understanding of digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, SEO tools, etc.)
Experience in executing and managing marketing campaigns independently
Proficient in MS Office, with working knowledge of design/editing tools like Canva, Photoshop, or similar
Excellent communication and project management skills
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns accordingly
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):
Certification in Digital Marketing (e.g., Google, HubSpot, Meta)
Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Mailchimp, SEMrush, or HubSpot
Basic knowledge of website CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress)
Experience in B2B or B2C marketing environments
