As our Marketing Executive, you'll lead the charge in building a standout social presence that fuels growth, community, and cultural impact. Where Zillennial focussed consumer brands collaborating with VibeSquad leverage social media to drive growth and engagement for their initiatives.
We're looking for a strategic creative who can both design and deliver a dynamic end-to-end social media strategy. You should thrive in execution today while also having the ambition to build and lead a high-performing team tomorrow. One that sets new industry benchmarks for storytelling, shapes cultural narratives, and influences consumer behavior at scale.If you speak fluent Gen Z (memes, trends, and witty lingo included) and believe social media is the future, not a waste of time, we want you on the Squad. Your contributions will directly shape VibeSquad's growth and success in the market.
What You'll Own
Content Strategy + Creation
? Turn our story into scroll-stopping posts, threads, memes, and reels.
Social Media Growth
? Run our Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram (and maybe TikTok/YouTube Shorts) like a pro.
Trendspotting
? Be the first to jump on cultural + industry trends and make them ours.
? Partner with designers to ship visuals for campaigns and posts.
Event Collabs & Partnerships
? Plug us into the right events, partnerships, and collabs for visibility.
Data-Driven Growth
? Check what's working, tweak what isn't, and keep doubling down.
(Optional but nice-to-have: a handle on website SEO + paid ads for later growth stages.)
The Skills & Sauce We Need
Degree & Experience:
Bachelor's or higher in Marketing, Communications, English honours, or similar, with 3+ years in the game.
Fluent English:
Nail both spoken and written English to keep the squad on point.
Communication & Teamwork:
Collaborate like a boss and keep those lines open.
Self-Starter Energy:
Manage your projects like a pro without needing hand-holding.
SMO & SEO Know-How:
Bonus points if you speak this language already.
Creative Spark:
