About the Company:

Poliarc Services Pvt. Ltd. is a fast-growing company offering services in Social Media Management, Customized Software Development, Website Designing, and IT Communication. We are looking for a dynamic and driven Marketing Team to join our team and scale our business to new heights.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote IT services like website development, software solutions, and digital media. Identify and approach potential clients (corporate & individual) through field visits, calls, emails, and social media. Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities. Visit clients for presentations and meetings to pitch services and close deals. Generate qualified leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals. Work closely with the design and development team to align client requirements with deliverables. Represent the company in promotional events, exhibitions, and networking meets. Maintain and update daily sales reports, CRM, and marketing databases. Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets set by the management.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, IT, or a related field. Minimum

1 to 2 years

of experience in marketing, preferably in an IT or software company.

Key Skills:

Strong knowledge of IT products and digital services Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Persuasive and confident in client handling Lead generation and client acquisition Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools Self-motivated, result-oriented, and team player Time management and organizational skills Must have own vehicle and a valid driving license
