Job Description

Contact the leads generated and those provided by the company and provide them with initial details including the introduction Pursue the leads for availing the services of the company Maintain proper follow-up with perspective clients Convert leads into business orders Get initial formalities of getting the client on-board executed Take brief from the client and understand their requirements thoroughly Explain requirements to team/ vendor and get the work executed Ensure proper work is delivered to the client as per expectation Seek feedback from the client and get changes done as applicable Be updated about all work relating to the client Maintain proper follow up with executive (in house/off-shore) to ensure timely delivery of work Get work mailed to clients in proper format, mail reports, leads etc. to clients when applicable Identify new opportunities of association with clients Pitch the clients for these new opportunities & generate new business Execute review meeting with client whenever required Do a quality check of work as per prescribed standard and get work approved by seniors/ concerned personnel before delivery Ensure a good sales turnover
