Key Responsibilities: should be a real estate or a construction company
1. Social Media Handling
Manage and handle company social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
Create, schedule, and publish engaging content (posts, reels, stories)
Coordinate with designers and photographers for creatives
Monitor comments, messages, and respond professionally
Track social media performance and provide regular reports
2. Lead Generation
Generate qualified leads through digital platforms and campaigns
Handle inbound inquiries from social media, ads, and website
Maintain and update lead data in CRM or lead tracking sheets
Coordinate with sales team for lead follow-ups
Ensure timely response to all leads
3. Campaign Management
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (paid & organic)
Coordinate promotional campaigns for projects, launches, and offers
Assist in creating campaign content, captions, and ad copies
Monitor campaign performance and optimize for better results
Prepare campaign performance reports
Requirements & Skills:
Proven experience in marketing or social media management
Must have prior experience working in a real estate or construction company
Knowledge of digital marketing, ads, and lead generation tools
Good communication and coordination skills
Basic understanding of analytics and reporting
Creative mindset with attention to detail
