Responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing all digital marketing activities including website updates, social media campaigns, vendor coordination, and reporting. The role also involves maintaining brand quality and supporting jewellery-related content accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordination & Communication
Facilitate intra- and inter-departmental coordination to ensure timely execution of digital deliverables.
Maintain documentation of communications i.e. meetings, action items, and follow-ups with agency.
2-3 years of experience in digital marketing coordination, performance analysis, or website management.
Strong understanding of Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, SEO tools, and CMS platforms.
Familiarity with gems and jewellery industry and grading , certification services offered.
Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools .
Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
Track deliverables across digital channels including website traffic, SEO, paid media, and social engagement.
Prepare weekly, monthly, and campaign-specific performance reports with actionable insights.
Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for optimization.
Digital Media Oversight:
Review and evaluate digital media plans, creatives, and content calendars submitted by vendors.
Ensure all artworks and creatives are finalized and approved from the Head of Department (HOD).
Monitor ad spend, ROI, and vendor performance against agreed benchmarks.
Website Management & Technical Coordination:
Coordinate website updates, content uploads, and bug fixes with the development team or vendor.
Oversee SEO audits, UX enhancements, and analytics implementation.
Ensure website performance aligns with industry standards and internal KPIs.
Actively contribute gemstone and jewellery-related insights during content evaluation and campaign planning.
Ensure technical accuracy and relevance of all digital content related to certification, product features, and educational material.
Collaborate with content creators to maintain authenticity and credibility in messaging.
