Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Marketing Executive to join our team and represent our educational institution in the field. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building brand awareness, increasing student enrollments, and fostering partnerships through on-ground promotional activities, community engagement, and outreach initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct field visits to schools, coaching centers, and communities to promote academic programs and admission opportunities. Organize and participate in education fairs, seminars, and roadshows to generate leads. Develop and maintain relationships with school principals, teachers, and local influencers to drive referrals. Distribute marketing materials such as brochures, pamphlets, and banners across target areas. Collect and report market intelligence on competitor activities and student preferences. Achieve enrollment targets through field campaigns and counseling sessions. Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and support the admissions team in converting leads.
