Purpose of the position We are looking for a dynamic and driven Digital Marketing Executive to assist in the planning, executing, and optimizing of our digital marketing efforts. Reporting to the India Marketing Manager, this role is responsible for delivering and optimizing digital marketing activities, focusing on content-led solutions directly impacting revenue. The individual will be key to ensure that the digital marketing strategy is followed and is transparent between the marketing team, stakeholders (global marketing teams), and IT teams by using the appropriate communication channels . Key responsibilities & accountabilities Implement and improve digital advertising on the web and social media outlets by utilizing quantitative skills required to analyze and optimize campaign performance. Provide marketing team members with data analysis and strategic insights on campaign changes required to increase lead generation, engagement levels, and other marketing goals. Work closely with the marketing team, stream leaders, and sales team to align marketing plans with company objectives. Work with the marketing team to help improve conversion rates, optimization strategies, and online engagement. Liaise with global marketing teams and localize global marketing campaigns. Create engaging content across Web & digital platforms. Build social influencer relationships Generate leads and new business through the website. Manage analytics for ongoing optimization. Post, organize, monitor, and report on advertising campaigns across paid search, display, social, and other digital marketing channels for both regular and ad hoc marketing needs. Manage and maintain SEO for the India website to amplify organic reach. Identify the weaknesses and mistakes, take corrective actions to boost website performance. Ownership of PPC campaigns across different advertising platforms Create and maintain a segmented marketing database through an automated process within the marketing automation tool. Monitor trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design, and strategy. Support Marketing team sector/stream / regional marketing and sales team digital and technical support for events and webinars. Identify new trends and insights, and optimize digital marketing spend and performance based on the insights. Generate weekly/monthly reporting of digital marketing KPIs Research competitors and provide suggestions for improvement Our ideal candidate will have... Bachelor\'s Degree in Marketing, or Computer Science, or equivalent is ideal for this role. Knowledgeable of principles, practices, and techniques of Digital marketing strategies. 3+ years in digital marketing and ecommerce. Creative thinker, excellent listener, and communicator. Digital Marketing, Web Traffic Management, online advertising and SEO management In-depth knowledge of the following digital marketing channels and platforms paid search (PPC, Google Adwords and analytic), retargeting, display ads, social advertising, SEO, CRM etc. A comprehensive understanding of Google Analytics, Google Search Console and Dragon Metrics in order to report on campaigns. Be confident using Microsoft Office, Excel and Powerpoint and basic HTML Copywriting experience. Creative mindset and the capability to think outside the box. Excellent communication skills, verbal and written adapted to all levels of internal colleagues and external contacts representing the BSI brand. Outstanding analytical skills along with great attention to detail. Able to work autonomously or as a part of a team. Customer-focused with the ability to fully understand BSI customer needs and requirements for the entire portfolio and BSI\'s value proposition.
