The Hospital Marketing Executive will be responsible for promoting hospital services, building relationships with doctors and healthcare partners, increasing patient footfall, and improving the hospital's brand presence in the market.
Key Responsibilities
Visit doctors, clinics, diagnostic centers, and pharmacies to build referral networks
Promote hospital services, health packages, and special camps
Organize and coordinate health camps, CMEs, and awareness programs
Maintain daily visit reports and submit marketing activity reports
Identify new marketing areas and business opportunities
Coordinate with hospital departments for patient services
Support branding activities (banners, posters, events, digital promotions)
Collect market feedback and analyze competitor activities
Achieve monthly marketing and patient acquisition targets
Qualifications & Skills
Graduate in any stream (MBA in Marketing / Hospital Management preferred)
Experience in hospital or healthcare marketing preferred
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Presentable, confident, and field-work oriented
Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Reporting
Two-wheeler preferred (if field job)

Number of doctor visits per day
Number of referrals generated

Patient conversion rate
Daily/weekly marketing reports
