We are seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing our branding and marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales growth. You will play a key role in managing our brand's image, coordinating with external partners, and supporting our sales team.
Key Responsibilities:

Brand Management & Strategy:
Develop and implement innovative marketing campaigns across both digital and traditional channels (social media, email, print, events).
Create, manage, and grow the company's presence across all social media platforms.
Ensure all marketing materials and communications are consistent with the brand identity and guidelines.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to identify new opportunities for brand growth.
Plan and execute promotional events and product launches.

Vendor Management:
Identify, build relationships with, and manage external vendors, including advertising agencies, printers, event organizers, and digital marketing specialists.
Negotiate contracts and pricing to ensure projects are completed within budget and to a high standard of quality.
Oversee the production of all marketing collateral, such as brochures, posters, digital ads, and promotional items.
Ensure timely delivery of all vendor-supplied goods and services.

Sales Team Coordination:
Work closely with the sales team to understand their needs and develop marketing materials that support their objectives.
Align marketing campaigns with sales activities to generate qualified leads.
Provide the sales team with the necessary tools, materials, and presentations to enhance their sales pitches.
Gather feedback from the sales team and customers to refine marketing strategies.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience (2-4 years) in a marketing role.
Strong understanding of modern marketing techniques, including digital marketing, social media, and content creation.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Proficient in MS Office. Familiarity with design software (like Canva or Adobe Suite) is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in or with the salon, beauty, or wellness industry is a significant plus point.
Proven track record of successfully managing branding initiatives and vendor relationships.
