Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Executive cum Graphic Designer to manage marketing initiatives and produce visually compelling designs that support our brand's objectives. The ideal candidate combines marketing strategy skills with strong design expertise to enhance campaigns, social media presence, and overall brand communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.

Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies.

Manage social media accounts, including content planning, posting, and engagement.

Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies for advertising, and promotional activities.

Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics to optimize marketing efforts.

Graphic Design Responsibilities:

Design creative assets for social media, website, email , and print materials.

Create visuals such as E-Cards, brochures and presentations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or related field.

Proven experience in marketing and graphic design (2-5 years preferred).

Strong knowledge of design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Canva, and other graphic software.

Understanding of social media marketing, content creation, and digital advertising.

Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills.

Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work independently as well as in a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with video editing tools

Knowledge o email marketing platforms
