Job Summary:

Gaurav Promoters & Builders is looking for a dynamic and dedicated Marketing Executive with 1-3 years of experience in marketing or field sales. The role includes door-to-door customer outreach, lead generation, and promoting our residential real estate projects. Candidates should be confident, customer-focused, and willing to travel within Raipur.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct door-to-door visits to promote ongoing and upcoming projects Generate qualified leads and explain project details to potential clients Maintain and update daily logs of leads, follow-ups, and conversions Present project features, pricing, and benefits clearly Participate in local promotional activities and marketing campaigns Collect customer feedback and share market insights with management Build strong customer relationships and meet monthly lead targets

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 12th pass; graduation preferred

1-3 years of experience in marketing or field sales

(real estate experience preferred) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Confident, approachable, and target-driven Ability to handle field work and travel within Raipur Basic understanding of real estate marketing is an advantage
