Marketing Executive - Construction

Location:

Anna Nagar, Chennai

Preferred Candidates:

Male only

Salary Range (CTC):

Minimum:

?4 LPA

Maximum:

?8 LPA + incentives

Job Summary:

Responsible for marketing, lead generation, and brand promotion of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate leads through brokers, site visits, and digital marketing

Coordinate with sales and channel partners

Conduct market research and competitor analysis

Support project launches and promotions

Requirements:

Graduate / MBA (Marketing preferred)

3-6 years experience in real estate/construction marketing

Strong communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?33,000.00 - ?66,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
