We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven

Marketing Executive to join our Collagen Manufacturing Unit. This role requires a strong understanding of the healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors, particularly biologics, and the ability to translate scientific knowledge into impactful marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote Collagen Putty and other collagen-based products. Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities. Plan and manage marketing campaigns targeting doctors, hospitals, and healthcare professionals. Create and curate engaging content, including blog posts, videos, promotional materials, and scientific communication. Coordinate closely with the sales team to align marketing initiatives with sales targets. Monitor, analyze, and report the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, suggesting improvements for better ROI. Stay updated on market trends, competitor products, and developments in the biologics and collagen sectors. Organize product launches, promotional events, and professional seminars. Collaborate with healthcare influencers, KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders), and strategic partners for product endorsements and awareness. Promote awareness and understanding of biologics and collagen-based medical solutions among healthcare professionals.

Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Science, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or related field (or equivalent experience in a scientific or pharmaceutical environment). Proven experience in marketing, with a strong preference for candidates with exposure to healthcare or pharmaceutical sectors. Experience working with cross-functional teams to achieve marketing objectives.

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
