Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute marketing strategies and ad campaigns for civil engineering or construction-related services. Manage social media accounts such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others to maintain a consistent online presence. Create engaging posts, graphics, and paid ads tailored to the target audience in the civil sector. Monitor user engagement and analyze marketing data to optimize campaigns. Coordinate with designers, content writers, and project managers for content creation and promotion. Conduct market research to understand trends and competitor activity in the civil and construction industry.
Essential Skills

Strong knowledge of social media marketing including content creation, scheduling, and analytics. Experience with paid advertisement platforms like Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads. Familiarity with civil engineering terminology and industry to craft relevant content. Ability to analyze data to improve campaign performance and ROI. Good communication, multitasking, and project management skills.
Complementary Knowledge
