, a premium residential facility for girls and ladies in Changanassery, is looking for a multi-talented

Marketing Executive

. The ideal candidate will be the face of our hostel, managing front-desk operations with grace while ensuring our accounts are precise and up-to-date.

Responsibilities and Duties

1. Promote hostel services and facilities to potential residents

2. Manage hostel social media presence and online marketing

3. Create and distribute marketing materials (brochures, posters, etc.)

4. Handle inquiries and admissions queries from prospective residents

5. Coordinate with management on marketing strategies and budgets

6. Monitor and report on marketing effectiveness

7. Build relationships with schools, colleges, and institutions

8. Organize promotional events and activities

9. Manage online reviews and ratings

10. Support resident retention efforts through engagement activities

SOCIAL MEDIA HANDLING:

- Manage hostel social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.) - Post regular updates on hostel events, offers, and news - Engage with followers and respond to queries/comments - Monitor social media trends and adjust content accordingly - Create and run social media ads/promotions - Track social media analytics and report insights

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate who have a minimum 1 year experience in Sales Job with field work experience. (

Freshers are also welcome.)

Excellent verbal communication skills.(

Both English and Malayalam)

Strong organization and project management skills. Friendly and personable demeanor. Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
