Identify and generate
potential customer leads
for gold selling, gold loan, MGIP, silver, and settlement.
Visit
local markets, residential areas, jewellery shops, and business hubs
.
Collect
customer data and references
with proper consent.
Distribute
pamphlets, banners, standees, and promotional materials
.
Promote ongoing
offers, schemes, and campaigns
.
Increase
local brand awareness
around the branch catchment area.
Share generated leads daily with
CRE and Branch Head
.
Coordinate with CREs for
lead follow-up and closures
.
Support customer visits to branch when required.
Maintain
daily activity reports
(visits, leads, conversions).
Track lead status till closure.
Provide market feedback, competitor activity, and customer insights.
