Job Description

The Marketing Executive will be responsible for promoting hospital services, increasing patient footfall, building corporate and doctor referrals, and enhancing brand visibility through various marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

External Marketing & Business Development

Visit corporate offices, industries, Government bodies & insurance companies to develop business tie?ups. Build and maintain relationships with referring doctors, clinics, diagnostic centres & healthcare partners. Organize health camps, outreach programs & CME activities to promote hospital services. Generate leads, follow-up, convert enquiries into OP/IP admissions. Maintain regular communication with referral sources & address their queries.

Brand Promotion & Communication

Promote hospital departments, specialties & facilities through offline and digital channels. Coordinate for brochures, pamphlets, marketing materials and ensure proper distribution. Support in planning and executing promotional events, press releases & community engagement.

Internal Coordination

Coordinate with clinical teams, front office, billing & TPA for smooth patient handling. Work closely with the management to implement business growth strategies. Maintain daily visit reports, enquiry tracking & MIS submissions.

Qualification & Skills:

Graduate/Post Graduate - MBA (Marketing) preferred. 1-3 years of experience in hospital/healthcare marketing (freshers with strong communication can apply). Excellent communication, presentation & negotiation skills. Result-oriented, outgoing personality, ready for field work. Basic knowledge of MS Office and social media management.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

Increase in OPD and IPD admissions. New tie-ups & referral doctor conversions. Lead generation & enquiry conversion ratio. Execution of marketing campaigns & outreach programs.
