Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and creative
Marketing Executive
to plan, manage, and execute our marketing activities across social media, digital communication, and collaborations. The candidate will be responsible for enhancing brand visibility, driving engagement, and coordinating events and campaigns that align with the brand's identity in the luxury jewellery industry.

1. Social Media Management
Develop monthly content calendar and strategy for Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Ensure engaging, consistent, and brand-aligned content is created and posted.
Monitor performance analytics and optimize content for better engagement and reach.
2. Content Creation (UGC & In-Store)
Create and manage in-store
User-Generated Content (UGC)
highlighting customer experience and product features.
Collaborate with photography/videography teams for shoots.
3. WhatsApp Marketing
Prepare monthly WhatsApp messaging plan for customers, leads, and prospective clients.
Design targeted campaigns (new collections, offers, events, festive greetings).
Track response rates and optimize messaging for higher engagement.
4. Event & Collaboration Coordination
Coordinate photoshoots, in-store events, exhibitions, and brand collaborations.
Approach PR companies, stylists, and influencers for
celebrity styling opportunities.
Identify and execute local/outstation collaboration opportunities with
clothing, luxury, and lifestyle brands
to increase brand visibility.
5. Vendor Coordination
Liaise with external vendors (photographers, videographers, event managers, PR agencies) for marketing content creation.
Ensure timely execution of deliverables and maintain quality standards.
Desired Skills & Competencies:
Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and analytics.
Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
Creative mindset with an eye for luxury branding.
Networking skills to build relationships with PR agencies, influencers, and brand partners.
Strong organizational & coordination skills for handling events and collaborations.
Qualifications:
Graduate/Post-Graduate in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field.
2-4 years of experience in social media & marketing (luxury/retail industry preferred).
Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, or other creative tools is an added advantage.
