We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive of experience in handling BTL (Below the Line) marketing activities. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in retail branding, outdoor media planning, and be adept at managing vendors and executing on-ground campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate, and execute BTL marketing campaigns across regions.
Manage retail branding, promotional activities, outdoor advertising sites, and events.
Identify and liaise with vendors for fabrication, printing, and event setup.
Negotiate vendor pricing and ensure timely delivery and execution.
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure brand visibility.
Monitor campaign performance and share post-activity reports.
Handle multiple projects and regions simultaneously.
Requirements:
With a focus on BTL and on-ground activation.
Strong understanding of retail branding elements and outdoor advertising.
Excellent vendor management and negotiation skills.
Fluent communication skills in English and at least one regional language.
Must be multi-lingual, proactive, and a team player.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Willingness to travel as per campaign requirements.
Job Type: Full-time
Base Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
