on-ground marketing campaigns, student outreach programs, and brand promotions
to generate leads and increase student enrollments.
Key Responsibilities:BTL Marketing & Promotions:
Plan and execute
BTL marketing campaigns
such as
roadshows, school/college tie-ups, canopy activities, seminars, and workshops
.
Organize
education fairs, career counseling sessions, and promotional events
in target areas.
Develop partnerships with
schools, coaching centers, and local organizations
to promote institute programs.
Lead Generation & Brand Awareness:
Conduct
door-to-door promotions, pamphlet distribution, and community engagement activities
.
Identify high-footfall areas and execute
awareness campaigns through kiosks, banners, and flyers
.
Work with the sales team to ensure
quality lead generation and conversions
.
Vendor & Agency Coordination:
Liaise with
vendors, printing agencies, and event organizers
for smooth execution of BTL activities.
Ensure cost-effective execution of promotional campaigns within the allocated budget.
Market Research & Competitor Analysis:
Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and student preferences to enhance marketing efforts.
Provide insights and reports on campaign performance, footfall, and lead conversion rates.
Key Requirements:
Qualification:
Graduate/Postgraduate in
Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
.
Experience:
1-3 years in BTL marketing, preferably in the
education sector
.
Skills:
Strong communication, networking, and event management skills.
Other:
Willing to travel locally for campaign execution and event coordination.
