Job Summary:

As a Marketing Executive , you will play a pivotal role in promoting our healthcare services, enhancing brand awareness, and fostering strong relationships within the community. Your responsibilities will include implementing marketing strategies, conducting outreach initiatives, and collaborating with various departments to drive patient engagement and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain relationships with local healthcare providers, community organizations, and businesses.
Organize and participate in community events, health fairs, and outreach programs to promote hospital services.
Identify and engage with referring physicians, clinics, and medical practices to establish and strengthen referral networks.
Provide education and resources to healthcare professionals about hospital specialties and services.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute marketing campaigns and initiatives, including online and offline strategies.
Monitor campaign performance and analyze data to optimize marketing efforts.
Educate patients and their families about hospital services, medical procedures, and available resources.
Ensure clear and accurate communication to address patient inquiries and concerns.
Stay informed about healthcare industry trends, competitors, and market developments.
Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Manage and update the hospital's online presence, including the website and social media profiles.
Create and share engaging content to enhance online visibility.
Maintain records of outreach activities, physician interactions, and marketing campaigns.
Prepare regular reports on marketing performance and outreach efforts.

Experience:

Minimum 2 years of experience into HEALTHCARE SECTOR.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,398.92 per month
