Develop and implement marketing plans to increase patient footfall and service awareness.
Coordinate community outreach programs, health camps, and awareness initiatives.
Build and maintain relationships with doctors, corporate organizations, and referral partners.
Plan digital marketing activities including social media campaigns, website updates, and online promotions.
Assist in creating promotional materials such as brochures, posters, press releases, and newsletters.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and patient feedback to recommend improvements.
Organize and participate in hospital events, CME programs, and health exhibitions.
Support in lead generation, follow-ups, and conversion of inquiries into patient visits.
Maintain a database of marketing activities and provide regular reports to the management.
Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
1-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in healthcare/hospital industry.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
