Full-Time | Field Marketing Role

About the Role

Mahaveer Hospital is seeking a dynamic Marketing Executive with experience in pharma or healthcare marketing to strengthen our referral network and drive patient inflow in Beed and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with doctors and clinics

Promote hospital services through regular field visits

Organize health camps, CME programs, and outreach activities

Drive OPD/IPD growth and lead conversion

Maintain daily visit reports and activity tracking

Qualifications

Graduate (preferably in Science, Healthcare, or Marketing); MBA a plus

1 to 3 years of experience in pharma sales, medical representative, or hospital marketing roles

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Willingness to travel locally and work in field-based marketing
