Key Responsibilities:Marketing Campaigns
Plan, execute, and monitor marketing and promotional campaigns
Assist in creating campaign strategies to increase brand awareness and lead generation
Coordinate with the digital and sales team for campaign execution
Field Work & Promotion
Conduct field visits for promotions, tie-ups, and brand visibility
Collect market data, customer feedback, and competitor analysis
Visit colleges, offices, and public locations for promotions
Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into admissions/sales
Handle customer queries professionally and ensure customer satisfaction
Seminars & Events
Plan, organize, and coordinate seminars, workshops, and promotional events
Manage registrations, promotions, and post-event follow-ups
Coordinate with speakers, venues, and internal teams
Requirements & Skills:
Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to travel and do field work
Basic knowledge of marketing tools and CRM systems
Ability to work under targets and deadlines
