Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the school's brand and increase student admissions.

Coordinate and manage online and offline marketing campaigns.

Engage in school outreach activities, including tie-ups with coaching centers, preschools, and local influencers.

Plan and execute events such as open houses, school fairs, and orientation programs.

Work closely with the admissions and academic teams to align marketing efforts with institutional goals.

Create and manage content for brochures, newsletters, advertisements, and the website.

Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and target audience preferences.

Monitor and report performance of marketing campaigns and provide actionable insights.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Must have 1-4 years of experience in school or education sector marketing.

Strong understanding of local education market dynamics.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and networking skills.

Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Preferred:

Experience in school branding or working with K-12 institutions.

Creative mindset with attention to detail.

Fluency in English and Hindi.

Compensation:

As per industry standards and experience.
