Position Overview:
The
Marketing Executive
will play a pivotal role in promoting Ascent Infotech's services and expanding its reach to prospective students, parents, and institutional partners. This role requires a blend of strategic planning, creative execution, and relationship-building to drive the organization's growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy and Execution:
Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote educational programs and consultancy services.
Identify and target prospective students through online and offline channels.
Conduct market research to understand trends, competitors, and audience needs.
Digital Marketing:
Manage social media platforms, creating engaging content and driving audience interaction.
Optimize online presence through SEO, SEM, and email marketing strategies.
Monitor and analyze digital marketing metrics to improve campaign performance.
Event Planning and Promotion:
Organize and promote seminars, workshops, and webinars in collaboration with universities.
Represent the organization at education fairs and events to build brand visibility.
Lead Generation and Follow-up:
Generate leads through targeted marketing initiatives and track their progress.
Follow up with prospective students and parents to convert leads into enrollments.
Collaboration and Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with university partners, schools, and coaching centers.
Collaborate with the counseling team to align marketing efforts with admission goals.
Creative Content Development:
Develop promotional materials such as brochures, posters, and advertisements.
Create compelling content for blogs, newsletters, and social media posts.
Reporting and Analysis:
Prepare reports on campaign performance and ROI for management review.
Suggest improvements based on data analysis and market feedback.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
Educational Background:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Experience:
1-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the education or EdTech sector.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Canva, etc.).
Familiarity with CRM and lead management software.
Basic graphic designing and video editing skills are a plus.
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
