Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented
Marketing Executive / Business Development Executive
to drive lead generation, client acquisition, and revenue growth. The role requires strong communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to close deals effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and qualify new business leads through calls, online platforms, referrals, and field activities
Identify potential clients and understand their business needs
Pitch company services and present customized solutions confidently
Convert leads into clients through strong follow-ups and negotiations
Build and maintain long-term client relationships
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and industry trends
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding and execution
Maintain accurate sales records and update CRM systems regularly
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports
Achieve and exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets
Represent the company professionally in meetings and business discussions
Skills & Qualifications
Graduation in any field is mandatory
Excellent communication skills in
Hindi & English
Strong sales, negotiation, and persuasion abilities
Target-driven and self-motivated attitude
Basic knowledge of marketing, business development, or digital services preferred
Experience in Digital Marketing / IT / CPaaS / B2B Sales is an added advantage
Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply
