to drive student admissions through direct marketing and community outreach activities. This role involves engaging with parents, schools, local communities, and vendors to promote the school, generate leads, and support admission goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Field Marketing & Lead Generation
Visit residential societies, play schools, tuition centers, and public places to promote the school.
Distribute flyers, brochures, and other promotional materials.
Conduct door-to-door awareness campaigns and registration drives.
Community Engagement
Organize and participate in local events, exhibitions, and education fairs.
Build relationships with local influencers, education consultants, and partner organizations.
Set up kiosks/stalls in malls, parks, or public events to interact with prospective parents.
Admissions & Follow-Up
Collect and manage leads from field activities and follow up through calls or visits.
Assist the admissions team in converting walk-ins and leads into enrollments.
Schedule and coordinate school visits for interested parents.
Event Support
Support in executing on-campus events like open houses, orientations, and workshops.
Coordinate logistics for offsite promotional events.
Brand Representation
Represent the school professionally in all external interactions.
Ensure accurate communication of the school's offerings, curriculum, and USPs.
Key Requirements:
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in on-ground sales or marketing (school/education sector preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills in local language and English.
Willingness to travel extensively within the city.
Self-motivated with a positive and outgoing attitude.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if required.
Basic knowledge of MS Office or CRM tools is a plus.
