Saaras Gourmet is looking for a proactive and energetic Marketing Executive to support sales growth, brand visibility, and market expansion in Sambalpur. The ideal candidate should have FMCG sector experience and a strong understanding of retail sales, distribution, and promotional activities.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote Saaras Gourmet food products in the assigned region.
Identify new retail outlets, distributors, and channel partners to increase product reach.
Conduct regular market visits to track product performance, competitor activity, and customer feedback.
Ensure proper product placement, visibility, and availability across retail stores.
Drive sales targets through effective planning, retailer engagement, and promotional campaigns.
Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and modern trade partners.
Organise sampling activities, in-store promotions, and branding initiatives.
Prepare daily and weekly sales reports, route plans, and market insights.
Coordinate with internal teams for stock management, dispatch, and marketing materials.
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
Prior experience in FMCG sales/marketing is highly preferred.
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently and manage field operations effectively.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and reporting tools.
