As part of our growth and outreach initiatives, we are seeking enthusiastic and result-driven Marketing Executive to promote our academic programs, hospital services, and brand presence across regions.
Objective
To support the institution's growth by executing marketing and outreach activities aimed at increasing student admissions, improving patients inflow, institutional visibility, and community engagement, in alignment with the hospital and college's strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Admissions & Academic Program Marketing
Promote MBBS, Nursing, Paramedical, and allied health programs
Conduct school, college, and educational institution visits
Coordinate admission campaigns, counseling programs, and awareness sessions
2. Hospital & Healthcare Services Promotion
Promote hospital specialties, departments, and medical services
Develop referral networks with clinics, doctors, and healthcare partners
Support patient outreach and service awareness initiatives
3. Field Marketing & Community Outreach
Organize and participate in health camps, medical awareness programs, and events
Engage with the local community, NGOs, and institutions
Conduct door-to-door, institutional, and corporate outreach when required
4. Digital & Offline Marketing Support
Assist in social media promotion, online campaigns, and lead generation
Distribute brochures, banners, posters, and promotional materials
Support branding, advertising, and media activities
5. Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, patients, and partners
Ensure timely follow-up on leads and inquiries
Act as a brand ambassador of the institution
6. Market Intelligence & Reporting
Collect feedback from the market on admissions, services, and competition
Track daily activities, leads, and conversions
Submit regular reports to the Marketing Head / Management
Ideal Candidate Profile
Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
Experience in hospital, healthcare, or education marketing preferred
Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
Willingness to work in the field and travel locally
Ability to meet targets and work under deadlines
Basic computer knowledge and digital marketing skills are an advantage
