Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic

Marketing Executive

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our

spiritual events

, engaging with college students, and assisting in overall event coordination. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, basic marketing experience, and the ability to motivate and influence young audiences.

Key Responsibilities

Interact with college students to promote and encourage participation in company

spiritual events

. Develop and maintain relationships with college representatives and student groups. Coordinate logistics and on-ground activities during

spiritual events

. Support the marketing team in executing promotional campaigns and outreach initiatives. Attend

spiritual events

and ensure smooth coordination between the organizing team and student participants. Identify opportunities to enhance student engagement and brand presence. Assist in collecting feedback and reporting

spiritual event

outcomes.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Basic understanding of marketing principles and

spiritual event

promotions. Prior experience (internship or full-time) in a marketing or event coordination role preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to motivate and influence students effectively. Willingness to travel and work flexible hours during
